Joey is one of the main antagonists of the show Oggy and the Cockroaches along with Dee Dee and Marky. He is the leader of the cockroach trio.

Joey first appeared in Ssenmodnar 2 along with other Oggy and the Cockroaches such as Oggy, Jack and Marky. In that blooper, he was seen clapping with Marky in front of a surprised Jack.

He reappeared in Blooper TV as a cameo alongside Tom, Jerry, George, Ned, Newton and Dr. Mario, very briefly when Gourmet Guy throws a Koopa Troopa into a wall.
